Influences for our film

We made a decision to go with a Vampire themed horror opening. Because it's different to a ghost haunting, and the original scary Vampires are rarely seen in films today. Below are a few clips which have inspired us to take elements from that and put it into our own film opening.

Interview With The Vampire

This film influenced us as we wanted to show our Vampires origin and how he became one. In our opening we want to show our Vampire in his original time, then skip forward two hundred years to present day asking us if he wants to know how he became one.

Fright Night

This film has influenced our film opening, as this shows a Vampire living in the modern world, and how he lives among us. We want to show this in our film opening, and how our Vampire fits into the modern world.

30 Days Of Night

















This film shows Vampires as actually being scary, and they are seen with having blood around their mouth, deep black eyes, and long finger nails. We want to make our vampire look like this for our film. So it has more of a horror feel.
