Horror opening 1 - Traditional ghost haunting. Three typical teenagers venture into the woods with a video camera to find out about a haunting legend which has been spoken about for years. One by one each member of the group goes missing.
The setting for this could be set in the woods, filming will have to probably be at night. Props we could use for this are flashlights, backpacks possibly food and drink. This could be set in the style of films such as The Blaire Witch Project and Cloverfield, to try to recreate someone looking back at the footage on the video camera.
Horror opening 2 - Two brothers who hunt supernatural beings, when one day they receive a phonecall of a supernatural occurance happening in an old abandoned cemetery.
For this I could aquire fake weapons such as vampire stakes, religious jewellery. I also own a fake plastic gun and I own a fake crossbow which could become useful. The locations I could shoot this short opening would be set in a house which would have to be made to look dirty, and I could possibly find an old abandoned cemetery/church which wouldn't be too dangerous or out of bounds to shoot in.
Horror opening 3 - Post apocolyptic world, where a teenage boy aged around 17-18 wakes up from an accident to find himself awoken in a zombie apocolypse. He must travel to find his family, but whilst on his way he ventures into dark scenarios, which could cost him his life. A location for this opening could be using a hospital bed, and try to re-create an abandoned street. This could be a challenge as it would be difficult to find a location where there is no activity happening.
Props for this would be having a lot of make up to create a Zombie and possibly a decent amount of actors who would like to take part in this.
